Many of these children live in community conditions that have adversely impacted their readiness for school. Some of these conditions include; unemployment, illegal drugs, single parent households, foster and grandparents raising small children.

So our job/title is much more that just teacher.  Using our creativity and ingenuity, we play the roll of many titles such as; counselors, social workers, psychologist, sociologist friend, mom, dad, etc...
